Carolina Courts serves up Pickleball in Concord

WHO
The United States Pickleball Association (USAPA) will host players from across the Carolinas for the North Carolina Holiday Smash Pickleball Tournament. This “Round Robin” tournament is open for public spectators. This event and the USAPA Atlantic Southeast Regional tournament in March 2015 come to Concord as a result of efforts by the Cabarrus County Convention and Visitors Bureau.

WHAT
Pickleball is a paddle sport created for all ages and skill levels. Combining elements of tennis, badminton and Ping-Pong, Pickleball is easy to learn with simple rules but can develop into a fast-paced competitive game for advanced players.
